“Outstanding customer service! We were on our way to the north shore in the middle of a snow storm when our Subaru Forester started uncharacteristically sliding back and forth on the road, even at a slower speeds than everyone else passing us. We frantically called Fisk Tire & Auto Repair because they were on our next exit. Dave, the owner, answered, and he was able to move their schedule around to get us in right away. He dropped everything and took a test drive with us when we got there to help diagnose the issue (meanwhile our infant was napping in the backseat!). Whereas we thought the issue might be our tires, Dave said it was likely an alignment issue. He fixed it up and from then on out, we had no more issues driving through the winter storm. Dave was so gracious and honest - we would have paid much more to replace our tires but instead he fixed the real issue, saving us money and more importantly, keeping us safe on the road!
