I was a new patient with a weekend dental emergency. The support staff worked with me to find an emergency appointment and they were great to work with. The billing department explained everything clearly and there were no surprises. Dr. Opare was caring and professional while she took care of the emergency. Since then I had a cleaning that was the best I’ve ever had and all future appointments are now with them. I have been greeted by name from the support staff at every appointment and that personal touch was demonstrated by all staff. I’m a doctor and I own multiple clinics. Apple Valley Dental Care demonstrates the warmth and professionalism I promote in my own clinics. I highly recommend them!

I needed immediate attention for which I was scheduled with a same day appointment by a warm and welcoming staff. I received very professional service, which was excellent with desired results. I felt respected and taken seriously and also enjoyed meaningful and fun conversation. I recommend this clinic highly.

Excellent visit! I was very impressed, Dr. Bakken was superb. He knew what he was doing without a doubt. Unfortunately, I do not recall the assistant who helped Dr. Bakken who was pleasant and very good in helping him. The two-office staff at the front desk were also pleasant. I will return.

I was having really bad tooth pain. They got me in the same day and took care of the situation. I ended up having to get a tooth extracted. They made sure I wasn’t in any pain during the procedure. The staff is super friendly. The warm welcome and smiling faces made me feel comfortable. Best dental clinic I’ve ever been to. Strongly recommend!

My whole experience was fantastic! Bonnie was so helpful and kind. The professional way she made me comfortable was such a relief. I was very anxious after not being at the dentist for 3 years since the pandemic. Dr Michael was very professional and nonjudgmental. He explained everything and made me feel at ease.
