Jen and Dr Shen did a great job with a root canal made me feel at ease and comfortable. No pain at all

For about 9 months I had been dealing with tooth pain before finally giving in and having a root canal. I hoped that it would go away, used ibuprofen daily, and went to a couple of dentists to try to dissuade myself from having the root canal.

I wish I had gone in sooner as the care and patience that Dr Shen and Jen was a godsend to this anxious soul! The amenities such as the chair and room were nice appointed and set me at ease. The team of Dr. Shen and Jen worked well together, not saying much, but understanding the process so very well, and making sure I was comfortable throughout. The receptionists were great and they were able to provide upfront pricing. Thank you, you folks are amazing!

I had more of a complicated root canal done (canal was split into 2) but Dr.Shen and his team made me comfortable and did a fantastic job! Would highly recommend

My Son had a root canal done today and even though I did not get a pre estimate and had a nice hefty bill due after, my Son was comfortable. I am also glad that my insurance pays a portion for OON out of network providers but also taught me to get those pre estimates in writing and always check with insurance for in network options. It definitely helps to have dual insurance and my Son was happy and comfortable so that is most important.
