The journal that is included is extremely helpful. Being able to chart your daily progress is so beneficial in making the best choices to obtain optimal results. The journal is filled with motivational and inspirational messages. It also gives you a new way to look at weight loss and the desire to continue on this path. To date, I am in day #17 of the program and have lost 10# and several inches. I have more energy and less pain. The only downside is that I now have to buy new clothes.
