He walked myself and my brother through everything and made it so comfortable. He greeted us for visitation and my mother was BEAUTIFUL!! The staff did a perfect job from hair to the flowers, in which Tim recommended from their florist. He also arranged the transport to Iowa for another visitation and funeral.
