Bought a pair of safety toe shoes 5 months ago and had a seam tear causing the lace to break inside the shoe (weird design). After Matt inspected the shoe and he determined it was a warranty issue. Without hesitation he replaced my 5 month old shoes for a brand new pair. Was able to continue working with no down time without any cost.
