“I moved to Berkshire townhomes about 3 months ago and I love my townhome it is exactly what I was looking for. laundry, spacious rooms and kitchen. The townhomes are a little pricey but its like that everywhere in the south metro. Jill and her staff are great, they respond quickly to concerns and resolve issues quickly. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars because of the smoking policy here. More guidelines should be put in place for smokers. If your going to smoke you should smoke in your home or on your balcony or another designated area. It causes health risk for others who have underlying health conditions and it looks kind of trashy when visitors come and everyone is outside in lawn chairs smoking. The property is kept up nice and its close to restaurants and right off the high way for an easy commute to work. So far so good.”
