Freewheel Bike Eagan

The gravel group ride on Saturday, April 12, 2024, organized by Freewheel, was excellent. Everyone from Freewheel was incredibly helpful and friendly. I am grateful for your support of the cycling community in Minnesota. I will definitely continue to recommend Freewheel to others.

Great experience!! They did a great job in making my five year old feel extra special getting his new bike. They are fantastic! Great work!

Visited this store few times and was impressed with the selection of bikes, accessories and clothing they have.
Unfortunately I did buy my bike from a different dealer and had many issues that resulted in not using my new bike very much in the first year.
When I finally got my bike back Freewheel
went through it to make sure everything was good to go, they did find some issues and loose bolts.
With problems I had with my new bike I was also talking to a Trek representative which also were very good to deal with.
Just glad I had 2 other bikes to ride last summer while waiting for this one to be repaired correctly. (Not a problem from Freewheel)
Don't forget to join their (Fanatics) program and save some $$$$$

Went in to check out a flat tire. It has tubeless tires so I didn't know how to check for leaks or repair or put in a tube. The mechanic was very informative and helpful. He explained how often I needed to check the sealant and how to determine if the sealant would be enough. He open up the tire to show me it was dry with sealant. He showed me how to put in the sealant and put the tire back on the rim. He only charged me for the sealant. Great service and couldn't be more happy with Freewheel.

Easily accessible location. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. On site service department. Large area to test ride bike prior to purchase. High quality products. Clean store. I loved the chain art on the wall. Products are displayed well.
