“Visited this store few times and was impressed with the selection of bikes, accessories and clothing they have. Unfortunately I did buy my bike from a different dealer and had many issues that resulted in not using my new bike very much in the first year. When I finally got my bike back Freewheel went through it to make sure everything was good to go, they did find some issues and loose bolts. With problems I had with my new bike I was also talking to a Trek representative which also were very good to deal with. Just glad I had 2 other bikes to ride last summer while waiting for this one to be repaired correctly. (Not a problem from Freewheel) Don't forget to join their (Fanatics) program and save some $$$$$”

They were individually attentive to my needs, knew me by name any time I called and were very familiar with my hail damage insurance claim, helping me through every step of the way. While my car did end up being totaled, they were very transparent with the costs that would be needed to fix the car (which were roughly 4x the estimate I was given by State Farm's virtual appraiser), and did not pressure me on whether to fix the car while I waited for the claim to be processed and find out whether or not it would be totaled.
