“Visited this store few times and was impressed with the selection of bikes, accessories and clothing they have. Unfortunately I did buy my bike from a different dealer and had many issues that resulted in not using my new bike very much in the first year. When I finally got my bike back Freewheel went through it to make sure everything was good to go, they did find some issues and loose bolts. With problems I had with my new bike I was also talking to a Trek representative which also were very good to deal with. Just glad I had 2 other bikes to ride last summer while waiting for this one to be repaired correctly. (Not a problem from Freewheel) Don't forget to join their (Fanatics) program and save some $$$$$”

“I've been in the flooring trade for about 34 years now, with both on my sons making a successful go of it, as well as my brother, and with a supplier like Walcro, I've been very successful over the years and doing a top notch install on about any and all floors manufactured. They carry all tools for the many floors available to the consumer as well as some carpets, padding, tile, transition strips, wall base, as well as a binding setup if you chose an area rug or carpet base, I know many friends and acquaintances in this field, some frequent Walcro, others they're competitor, who may be a little bigger, but I've been going to Tim at the Eagen location for over 25 years, his sales floor is always clean, as well as the warehouse. Prices are comparable all around, but the products and tools they provide are always a step above the big box stores, they've open early which is nice and convenient, I would highly reccomend Tim and Walcro for all your flooring needs and supplies”

“Great discounts, manager is super kind. Unfortunately the associate working as a cashier the morning of 06-10 (woman) had a really bad humor, I had to ask her some stuff twice and her expressions were just horrible. Does she ever smile to a customer? I’m very kind to associates all the time so it wasn’t me. I talked about it with my mom after we left the store and she agreed with me 100%. We also had our hands busy and we were trying to find the right size of t-shirts but we were messing up a little bit the pile, she came to us quickly as she saw struggling and she said “This is how you do it “ but taking in consideration her previous attitude I don’t think she was being helpful, she seemed more annoyed. 06/11 staff was walking around too much, I guess instead of having them over watching customers just have people watching the cameras if you guys are worried about shoplifting ? Cashier working on 06-11 was super kind too ( man ) .”

“My 12-year-old daughter got her ears pierced here. It was super quick and easy. The store employee asked if my daughter wanted her to count to 3 and pierce, or just do it without notice. My daughter chose counting to 3. Within 2 minutes, her ears were pierced. We got a bottle of solution to apply everyday to her piercing and an additional 20% off any other purchases in the store. The other employee at the register was kind enough to listen to my daughter talk a mile a minute about all kinds of stuff. Very pleased!”

My first impression walking in was how clean and dignified the waiting room area was. The service was great.
