Sheri & Kimberly at the Eagan hearing aide dept. were fantastic this morning - cleaned my hearing aides, got me an appointment for a check up, gave full explanations for all my questions & got me on my way fast. These gals are the best! Thanks!
It's Christmas Eve, most hearing-aid stores are closed for the holiday weekend. A relative was visiting from out of town and their hearing-aid stopped functioning. We discovered Costco was open! They repaired the damaged hearing-aid and saved Christmas for our family. My Sincere thanks to James Meyer and staff at the Eagan MN Costco.

I highly recommend Costco hearing. James Meyer was my fitter for my new Resound hearing aids. I have had severe hearing loss for 15 years and he is the best that I have ever been to. They do REM at this hearing aid center. He was very patient with me when I was learning the new technology. He is very knowledgeable and has been in the hearing field for many many years. You will not be sorry for using them.
