“Great discounts, manager is super kind. Unfortunately the associate working as a cashier the morning of 06-10 (woman) had a really bad humor, I had to ask her some stuff twice and her expressions were just horrible. Does she ever smile to a customer? I’m very kind to associates all the time so it wasn’t me. I talked about it with my mom after we left the store and she agreed with me 100%. We also had our hands busy and we were trying to find the right size of t-shirts but we were messing up a little bit the pile, she came to us quickly as she saw struggling and she said “This is how you do it “ but taking in consideration her previous attitude I don’t think she was being helpful, she seemed more annoyed. 06/11 staff was walking around too much, I guess instead of having them over watching customers just have people watching the cameras if you guys are worried about shoplifting ? Cashier working on 06-11 was super kind too ( man ) .”

“Every time I walk into this J and M I am treated with a smile and a warm friendly hello! The quality of products are second to none, but the reason I keep coming back is because of the atmosphere. I am not sure if them knowing my name is good for me because it means I visit maybe a bit too much, but it is a nice touch. Staff focuses on the person rather than the outcome. If you are looking for a high quality family atmosphere that provide excellent shoes, boots, and apparel items this is the place for you. The staff even puts up with my crazy kids! “Found some great items today! The worker was very pleasant. I didn't get her name, but she had this cute yellow tie in her hair. This worker was so helpful with finding sizes and she was very friendly. She also helped us check out, which she was fast at. Understanding that the air conditioning is down and you helping me over the phone; I think a 4 star is justified only because of you. I've updated to 5 star because of the outstanding effort the team did after their mechanical systems were fixed. As an ex optician, I understand customers like me can be difficult.
