“Reasonable and competitive rates, friendly service, easy to sign up and payment, and cancellation was less than 1 minute to do! No complaints from us! We have rented from Acorn Mini storage in Eagan the past 4 and a half years and have had no complaints. The few times we needed assistance or customer service, the staff were prompt and friendly. When I called to inform them we would be ending service, they were pleasant in guiding us in how to officially submit cancellation and happily reminded us the lock is ours to keep.
