(April 15, 2022, 1:27 pm)Kudos to the EPD! I inadvertently called 911 on my cell phone. The dispatcher very nicely accepted my apologies and then asked my name and address. Within a few minutes an officer was at my door making sure I was ok. That was very reassuring although I was a bit humiliated. Neighbors no doubt wondering what was going on. 🙂. Thank you.

(October 27, 2020, 1:43 pm)I didn't get what I was hoping for, but the officer I met with showed kindness and compassion about the entire situation. He felt bad that the system let me down, but he tried everything he could do... thank you officer!
