Gotcha Covered was awesome! We have a very large window over our staircase. No one else would put blinds up on that window except for Gotcha Covered. I called them and told them our situation and they immediately responded that they would take care of it for us. Grayl was very personable and knowledgeable when we picked out our selection.

I was so thrilled with the new shades that were installed in our home. We had all new windows and a back door installed and what better way to update and show them off was with the new window treatments. I am very selective when purchasing but our representative was patient, professional and really listened to my vision. As a result I was able to get what I really wanted and our pricing was reasonable for the project. I will be recommending and using them again.
