While they said "technically" they do not allow overnight parking, there is enough space for 2, maybe 3 trucks right at the entrance to the facility that is not on the property and is off the street. There is a Dairy Queen across street and a Holiday Gas Station 100 years away for restroom.
I was loaded promptly at appointment time and it within 35 minutes.
Shipping and receiving hours are 8am to 4pm -

(February 27, 2020, 7:39 am)I haul out of here about once a month and the people that work here are friendly and they get you loaded quickly. The longest I've ever been in a door is 45 minutes and that was because they were waiting for some product to get finished and stacked on pallets. Otherwise I would have been out of there in the usual 25-30 minutes.
