Wife agrees, This is one of those place's you would trust sending your wife to with a blank check and that's hard to say about a business nowadays.

Called for a DIY repair and general questions. The repairman spent at least 5 minutes on the phone with me explaining what I need to do and the parts needed to do the repair myself! NEVER TRIED TO SELL ME! This is the definition of GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! THANK YOU!!
