(August 19, 2021, 10:39 am)I have been ordering from them off and on for over 5 years and never had any problems. The products are great also! For the first tim I had an issue with a shipment due to USPS “losing” my package. Even with a tracking number the post office couldn’t find it. The carrier said it was returned but no proof. I called the company and they were understanding, friendly and awesome! We came to a more than fair resolution and I am super grateful for the great customer service they provided. Great customer service is rare these days unfortunately but VR was amazing!
