“I’ve been to the old location and it was great. Recently tried to go to their new location but the doors were locked when we arrived. There were a bunch on signs on the door regarding shopping rules and limits for people in the store etc. I did not see a sign on the door about having doors locked during business hours. Of course someone came to open the door after we decided to leave. I’ll try again at some point.”

“I have been ordering from them off and on for over 5 years and never had any problems. The products are great also! For the first tim I had an issue with a shipment due to USPS “losing” my package. Even with a tracking number the post office couldn’t find it. The carrier said it was returned but no proof. I called the company and they were understanding, friendly and awesome! We came to a more than fair resolution and I am super grateful for the great customer service they provided. Great customer service is rare these days unfortunately but VR was amazing!”
