“We did a complete remodel and expansion (150 square feet) of our kitchen and mud room area. It was a down to the studs reconfiguration that relocated and added plumbing fixtures, added a makeup air and tempering unit for a 600CFM range hood, all new cabinets, 2 islands, a walk in mud room closet, an additional window and a walk in pantry. In addition 1200 square feet of oak flooring was refinished, 300 square feet of porcelain tile was installed and a foyer closet was removed. Despite COVID all the work was accomplished in a timely and professional manner. The quality of workmanship was superb and any minor issues were quickly resolved (there will always be issues in a complex renovation). At the end of the process, we were able to say that if we had to do it again, we would not change anything. If contemplating a renovation you SHOULD should talk to Dale and his team.
