From the day we placed our order, to the installation date, it was less than four weeks. We got exactly what we wanted without any issues and it was (by far) the best price we could find out there for what we wanted.
(September 11, 2020, 1:44 am)Like many others who wrote reviews, we were referred to Stone Systems by Home Depot when we wanted to replace our countertops. Throughout our experience - measurements, ordering, scheduling, re-scheduling, and installation - Stone Systems has been great to work with. We're very happy with our new quartz countertops and the customer service provided was more than satisfactory. I honestly wouldn't hesitate to work with Stone Systems again.
(September 3, 2020, 3:43 pm)There were delays with the countertop due to the production shutting down due to Covid 19 which were not their fault.
The finished product is beautiful and the install crew cleaned up behind themselves really well.
I strongly recommend Stone Systems.
(October 5, 2019, 6:33 pm)We remodeled our kitchen through Home Depot this past summer. When I read the reviews on Google it made me very nervous. So, I call Stone Systems when I needed to schedule our measurement and mentioned my worries about the reviews. The gal on the phone was very professional and told me that they're aware of the negative ones, but that of the thousands of jobs that they do, it's very difficult to get happy customers to leave a review. So, here I am!
After initial measurement, it did take the estimated 4 weeks to install. Installation was quick and painless - only took a few hours. After an initial inspection, I signed off and they left. That afternoon - trouble - I saw what looked to be a smudge in the middle of the center island. I tried to rub/clean, it but no luck. I took a picture and e-mailed it to the rep that called the next day to see how it went. She saw what I did and scheduled a time for one of their management to come out and see. He did and said it was a defect in the material. He then gave us a choice - $$ or replacement. We chose replacement, which was done in a week.
We couldn't be happier - with both the service and the product!
