“Just a very big THANK YOU to Jonathan who went out of his way to help me with a tremendous amount of luggage as I was checking out. My Mom passed away this year and I was in town to take things back home. As a result, I had 3X the normal luggage. Jonathan was very kind and graciously offered to cart everything from the hotel room to my SUV. I think it took three (maybe four) trips to get everything out of the hotel room, but Jonathan did it with a great attitude and very quickly but effectively. His kindness and quick to assist attitude significantly helped to make a difficult day a little better. Uriah at the front desk was also very helpful in allowing me to have additional time to get everything out of the hotel room. Thanks so much to Jonathan, Uriah and the staff at the Hampton Inn!!!
