They supplied me with great ideas for stretching and strengthening muscles too that have helped immensely with recovery and staying functionally fit. They just always have your best interest at heart. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. This morning I showed up (with no appointment) in a lot of pain, I was miserable. They worked me in right away for an adjustment on a very busy FRIDAY - can't thank them enough. You just don't find this this kind of talent, and caring staff in today's world.
