I had a wonderful experience with Dakota County Physical Therapy. They cared about me and my goals for healing. The best part is with their help I have reached my goals and can be active again! I would highly recommend Dakota County Physical Therapy!
Kara is a great physical therapist. I was having issues with my shoulder and she helped me through it. I would recommend her to all of my family and friends!
In the past several years I have seen many Physical Therapists for issues from the hands to low back and anywhere in between. At Dakota County Physical Therapy the experience is above and beyond what other clinics offer. Kara does a lot of hands on work and is highly experienced, I would recommend DCPT to anyone.
The treatment I received at the Dakota County physical therapy was outstanding. Kara help me with both my Pre-and post surgical therapy for my shoulders. Prior to surgery Kara worked closely with my orthopedic surgeon on my progress through therapy. She became a huge advocate for me realizing that pre-surgical therapy was not helping and that the next step needed to be taken. During my post surgical therapy she not only helped me to get through the physical pains of having shoulder surgeries but she also helped me to get through the mental pain. Her abilities as a physical therapist help me to recover at a faster rate than I normally would’ve. She is a great physical therapist, coach, cheerleader, and became a good friend. I highly recommend Dakota County physical therapy and Kara to anybody who is struggling and needs assistance with physical therapy.
The care at Dakota County Physical Therapy is fantastic! My family and I all have been patients at the clinic. Kara, helped me recover from De Quervain Tenosynovitis, a painful wrist/thumb condition that I had for several months before seeing Kara. My daughters have also seen both Kara and Arienne for sports related injuries. We found that a combination of PT, dry needling, and chiropractic care was the answer to keep low back pain away for my daughter. Tight glutes were causing pain in her low back and this multi faceted approach was the answer. The staff at DCPT will help find the root of the issue that is causing your pain.
