“The treatment I received at the Dakota County physical therapy was outstanding. Kara help me with both my Pre-and post surgical therapy for my shoulders. Prior to surgery Kara worked closely with my orthopedic surgeon on my progress through therapy. She became a huge advocate for me realizing that pre-surgical therapy was not helping and that the next step needed to be taken. During my post surgical therapy she not only helped me to get through the physical pains of having shoulder surgeries but she also helped me to get through the mental pain. Her abilities as a physical therapist help me to recover at a faster rate than I normally would’ve. She is a great physical therapist, coach, cheerleader, and became a good friend. I highly recommend Dakota County physical therapy and Kara to anybody who is struggling and needs assistance with physical therapy.”
