“Great value for a gym membership. It is always staffed during weekday hours and the owners are very attentive and friendly. Everything is always clean and they run a tight ship. Only downside is that some equipment such as treadmills and yoga mats have seen better days. However, for the low monthly rate, it’s hard to nitpick.”

“Not bad for a gym. Adequate equipment, well maintained, friendly staff. I like the indoor walking track, just the thing in cold weather. This isn't a "fancy" gym. The decor is Spartan, there's no pool, no childcare, the locker rooms are very basic. But the price is right, and it fits my needs well.”
