“I just bought a truck to use to tow our camper. I drove 4 hrs with staying over the night before so I could be there early Monday morning. This was all right after new years and when I had talked to Andy the Friday before I had said see you early Monday morning. Now Andy being human spaced they were closed Monday because of new years and texted me Monday to let me know as I was parked in there parking lot. Granted I live 4 hrs away took the day off work stayed over the night before to get this truck. Now I was mad as you can believe!! Tuesday they were to call and give me my deposit back. Tuesday came Juan called me very apologetic and willing to win back my business. They offered to bring the truck to me and I could look at it and told me if I didn't like it I wouldn't have to take it granted I'm 4 hrs from them!! So I offered to meet them half way to be fair and Saturday morning they drove the truck to me brought the paper work and now I have my truck!! Very pleased with them and there over the top willingness to help fix a wrong. People are human and make mistakes but Juan and Andy made it right in my book and next vehicle we will look at them again for one!!!”

“My husband and I would like to thank and highly recommend Jessica. Our (6 month long!) bathroom project was fast becoming a fiasco. I wandered into Gerhard's in S. St. Paul, looking for plumbing fixtures, bathroom pulls, and advice. Jessica helped me throughout this nightmare. With her assistance, we purchased beautiful fixtures; proper bathtub drains; a lovely Bertsch linen closet and doors to correct the terrible vanity our first contractor had installed. Jessica also recommended the second contractor who executed a beautiful repair of "our disaster" in a very timely fashion. We are very, very grateful for all of the generous assistance Jessica extended to us. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. She was a joy to work with. “Great experience as a beginner sporting clays shooter. I stopped out for the 2022 Woman's Shoot and had a blast. Andy and Ellen were great instructors and gave me good advise on how to improve my shooting. They answered all my questions I had and helped me figure out what to look for to find a good fitting gun. Facility was amazing and versatile. Shot the sporting clay course and then shot skeet for my first time. I was able to shoot a couple of the rental shotguns to feel the differences between the different types of guns. All of the staff I interacted with were super friendly. I highly recommend this place to those wanting to learn sport shooting.”

“I just recently purchased a car from here. The owner was very upfront with it being a salvage title and let me take the car to a mechanic friend to take a look at it as well. They are very friendly and do honest business. Car was missing a couple headrests in the back row of seats, which January ordered in for me. A headlight was also out that I did not notice until after the purchase, and they paid for the replacement light. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a good deal on a used car. The exterior looks stunning great curb appeal, buildings are maintained and the common areas are cleaned. A lot of the apartments are on the smaller size but they are nice & cozy. Dropped it off in the morning at the time he requested, it was done earlier than I expected, the outcome was just what I hoped for and the price was as quoted. Very happy with my experience at Mark's Auto Upholstery and I'd definitely recommend the shop for any repair or installation. “Jeff and his crew do a fantastic job pushing out jobs as fast as they can with high quality work. They're super busy but the wait was worth it to have the crash repair done on my Victory. I do however need to go back to have a couple rattles checked out as well as a squeaky belt. I've had them work on my sleds as well and they are fantastic at it!! Like I said definitely worth the wait to have these guys work on your stuff. Prices are way better than the stealerships too and the customer service is top notch!! Way to go Jeff & crew!!!”

These people, Frankie, Allison, Karen, and all the other staff are extremely supportive and always willing to take time out of their day to talk and help you. Never in my life have a met any group of people let alone a single person who’s cared and been as dedicated to someone they hardly know. It’s been a true honor to get to know these people. As for Frankie, from day one she has been so understanding and unbelievably loving and welcoming to me. I have never seen someone so dedicated to helping others. She is so passionate, and it shows. I feel like I can bring just about anything to her and she would listen and give me the best advice and encouragement that she can. Before coming, I had been using from age 14 until 28, I’m now over 15 months sober and that’s in large parts do to Frankie and Allison. If you want to change yourself for the better and learn how to live without drugs and drink, give them a call, talk to them, and give this place and yourself a shot.”
