Talked me through each detail before and after some plumbing and water heater work - checked in when needed. He was professional and responsive with great attention to detail. Our stuff arrived in Minneapolis, and they called us the day of to make sure we could schedule drop off ASAP. Everything arrived in the condition we packed it, and was clean (I was a little worried about it being in a cage, but they obviously shrink wrapped it like they said they would!). All in all, good experience.”

A special thank you to Colleen for special handling my medication after a mix up with our forwarding. She saw it come in, knew we were already at our temporary out of state location & packaged it up with one other item & sent it to me along with a note of explaination & a Christmas greeting to us & our family. She is truly a keeper & deserves recognition. This is why I support my Post Office. I can go anywhere to buy stamps or ship something but the service isn't the same as what I always get at the Jackson Post Office.”

The project started out great, but they kind of dropped the ball coming back out to finish it. 4 stars because it took longer than expected and they rescheduled on me a few times. Everyone I talked to was very nice. Seems like the main issue was due to a lack of communication. The important part is the fence looks awesome!”
