“Yeah it's a government agency so expect terrible online presence but people who work at the location are very nice. Do not bring your pet with you, but do feel free to bring your service dog with you. After research I found out I need to go to my vet and get paperwork for my dog prepared and the certificate of the current rabies vaccination 10 days before departure or less. After we got the paperwork from the Arguello Pet Hospital, I came here to get it USDA approved. Took probably 15 minutes all together”

“This SA is my local stop for gas and smokes. I am there at least 3 times per week. The employees know me and always treat me with friendliness. This morning, I stepped out of my car and found a pair of women's panties in the parking lot. Alarm bells went off in my head for two reasons. Women don't normally lose their panties on purpose. I have been severely attacked myself. So, I went into the store to buy my smokes and I told the employees what I had found. Angie came outside with me to see what I found, and she picked them up in a plastic bag. I told her why it upset me and she immediately gave me a hug. I will, of course, continue to visit this location mostly because of employees like Angie. She is very special in that she didn't just treat me as a customer, but she had empathy for my personal views and she even apologized as if it was her fault or the fault of the store. Of course, it is not the store's fault. I just wanted you to know that you have a very special employee who can deal with any strange situation. I will look forward to seeing Angie the next time I visit for sure!”

“Wow! Excellent service here! I needed service on my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee. They got me in within a couple of days. I had previously purchased an extended warranty. They handled everything expertly! There was a component that did not come up as covered under the warranty. Brandon dug in and went the extra mile to get the part covered. They had been well-known for their high-quality removable work, and when Tony and Lisa bought the business in 2014 they brought their fixed prosths expertise to the business as well. “The restaurant is open for in-person ordering (no dine in, currently), but for some reason is drive through only until 10:30 AM. I've had multiple incorrectly-charged orders too; I've placed the exact same order here multiple times but been charged different amounts. All that said, I never have problems with the food itself and back when in-person dining was allowed, the place was very clean. Drive through is very fast too.”
