“After 3 appointments at our previous dentist. Our old dentist told me that I need a root canal and sent me to an Endocrinologist which said it was questionable. I then proceeded to find a new dentist and that is when we found Dr. Bakken. His approach was the conservative approach and maybe have a filling or let some time pass since it was questionable. That is what I have done and the pain is gone. Dr. Bakken's staff is so warm and inviting when entering his office. Along with his hygienist explaining all procedures. Everyone in his office including Dr. Bakken has gone above and beyond to make our experience wonderful.”

He prioritized the work accordingly, and over these 2 years I got all the work completed. They were able to setup payment plans when the bills were over a few hundred bucks, which is really nice! “For about 9 months I had been dealing with tooth pain before finally giving in and having a root canal. I hoped that it would go away, used ibuprofen daily, and went to a couple of dentists to try to dissuade myself from having the root canal. I wish I had gone in sooner as the care and patience that Dr Shen and Jen was a godsend to this anxious soul! The amenities such as the chair and room were nice appointed and set me at ease. The team of Dr. Shen and Jen worked well together, not saying much, but understanding the process so very well, and making sure I was comfortable throughout. The receptionists were great and they were able to provide upfront pricing. Thank you, you folks are amazing!”
