He went from hating having his hair washed to fishing toys off the bottom of the pool! On one instance we showed up half an hour late because I thought it was the later time (dad usually brings him), and they graciously fit us in to a class in the next time slot. “I LOVE Pure Barre! I never looked forward to working out, until I found Pure Barre. It challenges you in the best way. I am stronger and more fit than I have been in a long time, and there is still room for improvement. One of the things that makes this place so great are the instructors! They are all so kind, knowledgeable, and really know how to push you to be better. I really like how they walk around and make hands on corrections, that way you know you are getting the most out of your work out and doing it correctly. I cannot recommend Pure Barre enough!”

She is very punctual to appointments (I typically wait in the waiting room for less than five minutes, and the examination room between the nurse and Dr. Helgen for less than two.) and so far been an excellent healthcare provider. She is very knowledgeable and never prescribes any treatment that is not necessary. While appointments with Dr. Helgen seem very short, she takes the time to effectively explain what your symptoms mean, and what she will and will not do to treat the underlying causes, as well as how you can help to alleviate the symptoms.”
