“I go there for chiropractic work and I will have to say I was pleasantly surprised at both the quality that is offered from the chiropractor as well as their depth of knowledge of not only adjustments but also massage, acupuncture, and all sort of alternative things. They really spent time helping work out what was truly needed and has helped with a lot of chronic pain that I've had for 15+ years. Over time it has drastically dropped from my entire back being a constant 7+ on the pain scale to mainly just my lower back being a 6+ while everything else is about a 1-2. I also feel the knots being worked on slowly over time with the massage before the adjustment. Hoping to eventually get the knots gone completely. They also charge a decent price for their services (only about $5 more than what I had been quoted at different businesses. But that extra $5 basically got a quick deep muscle massage before the adjustments. Which sometimes that massage does miracles, especially if something flares up really badly.) Also you dont have to be a LifeTime member which makes things even better. I know I was hesitant at first because I wasn't a LifeTime member, all you really do different is at the front desk you have to talk with one of the people at the desk and having to do a little sign in/agreement basically stating you're there only for the LifeSpa services. I have tried acupuncture here as well, while the acupuncture wasn't really for me, the esthetic and atmosphere were pleasant to just havs some time to try and relax in. Plus the acupuncturist made everything 100% painless and walked me through the process. One day I will get in for a true massage, I've only heard good things about the massage therapist who work at LifeSpa in Eagan.”

I asked Land O'Lakes Consumer Affairs if they knew of a legitimate and well-priced option to try many of the flavors that aren't available in-store in my area. Favorite Products was recommended to me. I placed an order on Monday night and received my order on a Friday afternoon. Ordering was easy and I had no issues with delivery. My order was accurate and packaged well. I was able to reach customer service on the Friday via email and phone to check on the shipping status of my order. All of the product has a shelf life of several months to over a year. I am glad that I chose Favorite Products over the other online options I saw and would recommend them to other Land O'Lakes cocoa classics fans that may have limited options in their area.”

“I had an amazing experience at the Burnsville, MN Lunds & Byerlys. While on my way home from work, and in preparation for an evening dinner guest, I stopped and picked up several bags of groceries. Once home and after the grill was fired up, I noticed that the meat that I just purchased did not make it home. I had used the drive-thru pickup. A quick look in my car revealed that one numbered pickup card was still laying there. Byerlys DROVE to my home and hand delivered the missing groceries in time to serve the meal - a good half hour drive for them! And they added in a few grocery surprises. What fantastic customer service! If only everyone handled a simply human mistake with such integrity and speed! The meat department is exceptional. I count on them for freshness and flavor. If you get a chance to know the staff, they are quick with tips and often have suggestions on how to prepare your main dish. They also have their own line of seasonings that complement fish, beef, chicken, and lamb. The variety available for fish, which I love, fits almost and taste bud. Their cheese selection is fantastic; I buy 3-4 varieties every week and have been able to get what I need for most any recipe. The desserts and pastries are really stand-out. I’ve bought the Chocolate Raspberry Mascarpone in a least four locations across the Twin Cities. They likely all use the same recipe, but consistently, the bakery department at the Burnsville location makes them the very best! They sell several brand items that otherwise I am running several place to catch. One favorite that comes to mind are the La Perruche Br Sugar Cubes and Mexican Coke in glass bottles. Out of all few places that I have shopped during COVID-19, I think they have done the best job of keeping a distance between shoppers at checkout, washing things down, and having all the staff wear masks. Most of all, the customer service is second to none!”

“I cannot say enough good things about Tom and Jackson Construction. He recently remodeled my downstairs bathroom, turning my dorm like bathroom into my dream bathroom. Tom is such a straight shooter, so upfront and honest, it's refreshing. He's also very pragmatic, for example when we discovered that the bulbs I bought for the light fixture were too bright, he simply offered to install a dimmer switch. That is one small example of how he smoothly deals with hiccups along the way, it's so seamless and effortless with him. When the time comes to redo the upstairs bathroom, I know who I'm calling! “This was our first visit to Lorence’s. We came for U-pick strawberries on the Saturday of 4th of July weekend and expected it might be crowded, but a lot of the cars and people cleared after being soaked by a sudden rainstorm. (Looked like plenty of parking available in the field anyhow). The staff we encountered were all very friendly, sampling while picking was encouraged (which surprised my kids, “Mom, are you sure we can eat one?”) The rows of strawberries were wide enough and had a layer of straw which minimized the mud. Berries were plentiful, price was reasonable for these little gems of sweetness! We hope to be back in late August for raspberry u-pick!”

“Had to have my van towed here to have it diagnosed after it didn’t start in a parking lot. Jason took great care of me over the phone, diagnosed the fuel pump being out and had it replaced within a day. Mike and Dennis were a great help too. After I came to pick up my van, interior lights didn’t work. They brought my van back in and replaced some fuses for me on the spot. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend and return.”
