(October 3, 2022, 11:35 pm)My brother and I did the hike up the trail. Not sure what we were going to see when arriving on the top. Had only recently learned that it was built by Great great grandfather Franz Cordes. My Great grandmother Meta Cordes Engel had left home by the time they lived there although her sister lived in it for a time. Interesting history of my family roots.

(January 27, 2021, 7:10 am)I went on the Stone House Trail. It was a well kept trail, but there are very few signs so I would recommend printing out one before you go. Also very little signal available, so another reason to have a printed map. I went to visit the house because they have the same last name as me although we are not related. It was a moderate hike.
(May 13, 2018, 8:27 am)My daughter and I like to go here and play in the water and look for the gorgeous rocks that come down stream. I've been coming to this spot ever since I was little. It's a great place to kick back and relax and enjoy everything around you. I haven't gone fishing here yet, but I've heard the fishing is pretty good around here. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
