Wide open, very large, great spot, even when busy. Can get a muddy so be aware. Love this dog park, great spot for pups to play with friends!
Met my daughter and her dog here for a walk. Nice place - big, nice people, nice dogs. I don't know if it always as spacious as it seemed to me, but it would need many times more people/dogs to feel busy.
Has all the facilities:
poop bags,
dumpster to get rid of them,
wood chip paths,
good fences and gates,
lost and found box,
human Biffy,
a separate fenced area for timid or aggressive dogs(?).
Nice quiet calm place.
This is my favorite dog park in the whole metro! We've been coming here for years; a blast for humans and pups alike, all year round. Great for moderate to leisurely exercise, and there's always plenty of dogs to play with! Wonderful water facilities (seasonal), accessible dumpsters, and portable restrooms. It even rarely gets muddy! Parking is occasionally an issue in the warmer months, but there's plenty of street parking in this low-traffic area. There's even a reasonably sized secluded area for small, elder, and dogs with different needs! Overall, this large, entirely fenced-in, off-leash park is a doggy paradise!
This is a great place to bring dogs. There is a lot of room to walk and explore. There is also a smaller area that is fenced off where we feel a little more comfortable with our 12 lb dog. There is ample parking. Always seems to be a pretty busy place.
They have a nice wood chip trail to walk on which helps keep everything from getting to muddy or icy in the winter. Never had any problems with other dogs. People donate plastic pools in the summer to keep the fur babies cool, and people leave extra poo bags in case you forget yours. Great place to bring your dog!!
