“My guinea pig took a turn for the worse over night and I was referred to this pet hospital because they could care for him d/t him being a unique animal. They were able to get me in that day and when I called to tell them he was getting worse by the hour they were able to get me in immediately. Every single person there were compassionate, kind, caring, and really took there time to help us. Sadly our guinea passed but they were able to make our decision less traumatic, gave my children pamphlets on grief, and also made out little print keepsakes. I will be taking the rest of our pets here from now taking the commute from Eden Prairie because they are really that special of a place and will forever hold a place in our hearts.”

“The entrance here is a little hard to turn left into, or drive across W Old Shakopee to get to it. So, be careful. It is connected to the parking lot of the MGM mini-mall, so I turned turned right into W Old Shakopee, went down the way, then I turned left into that parking lot much more easily. And again the left turn onto W Old Shakopee via the exit from Dairy Queen is even worse. I'd say take a left into the parking lot and drive through that to take a right onto France Ave South with the light at W Old Shakopee. The interior is clean and has good seating. The customer service was busy, but friendly. I went at 730pm. So, I decided to skip the drive through. Customers at most quick stop places like this, have a hard time getting their paper towels into the garbage can, so it was "piling up," but otherwise clean. Environments look so different between day and night. I tried to get a night shot of the front, but I guess I didn't...”

“I went in for a routine oil change, and also asked for a quick inspection. They did what was required, and according to my view they did it well. At the end of the service, they provided a list of findings on the car. I appreciated the fact that they separated the items into "due for mileage" and "downright broken". I also appreciated the fact that they let me know of their opinion which items were critical vs. more for convenience/comfort. I had the option to fix some of the items myself, and decided to leave a couple of items for them in the future. Throughout this process I came to realize that they are running an honest business, and that sits really well with me.”
