“Ed was very professional and a great technician. He explained things perfectly. I was pretty nervous about how to use it, and he made me feel very comfortable. As far as the system itself, it works fine. Still don't understand when you turn off the ignition, you have to wait two minutes and test again. Hope the DMV will get rid of that one. It's not useful to anyone. Besides that, great experience with Smart Start in Durham.”
