“Wonderful quality! Excellent attention to detail. His kilt received a number of compliments. A miscommunication caused an unexpected delay in my order. The customer service department (Kaurina in particular) went above and beyond to get us our kilt in time for the wedding. As a custom made garment it takes about a month to arrive in the USA. !!REMEMBER TO MEASURE CORRECTLY!! Use a fabric measuring tape. Kilts fit totally different than pants (my husband wears a 32 pant but his kilt size is 35, and even that is quite snug at the belly/hips). I highly recommend The Celtic Croft.”

“Bought a Duracell Ultra at this location a year ago for my car. Battery came with a 3 yr warranty. Dealership tested battery during a routine service and said that something was wrong with it. Voltage and cold cranking amps were low even after they charged it. Went in to Batteries Plus with my receipt purchase receipt and the dealership notes. Everything was handled professionally and the battery was replaced under warranty at no expense to me. Kudos to the customer service rep who took care of me today.
