“I dropped off my down comforter to be cleaned. I received a call the day before I was to pick it up that it had been damaged. I was very upset to hear the news. However, Daphne from Pilgrim Cleaners took care of the situation and reimbursed me for my loss. I was having people over to see our bedroom which we had remodeled including a new comforter so she rushed the payment to me so I could order a new one. Things don’t always go as they are planned but due to Daphne there was a silver lining in all of this. I highly recommend Pilgrim Cleaners. If something should go wrong they will never leave you out to dry.”

“Great customer service. They didn’t answer when I first called and I didn’t leave a message. I called right when they were opening, so I just planned to call back in about 1/2 hour or so. They actually called me and left a voicemail that they saw I had called and wondered if they could help. When I did speak with them, they work with me to fit me in with my schedule. They arrived on time and did a nice job cleaning my carpets.”

“This is the best place you can go do your laundry, they're always cleaning the machines they always smell good and they don't have soap build up in the dispensers, and the dryers work perfectly, not to mention their super big washers, and dryers. This is not only the world's largest but very likely the world's best laundromat. Last week I had laundry service done here. The clothes were ready to pick-up the same day. Everything came out clean and folded neatly. I was very impressed. I highly recommend this place.”
