I’d like to give a huge shout out to Brieanna Salbacka for her quick response concerning a water leak on my townhome roof in Kittredge Crossings in Otsego. Even though it was 10PM on a Saturday night when I noticed water leaking into my sunroom through my ceiling fan, she called me back within 10 minutes of my voicemail message to her. Brieanna is wonderful to work with and gets the job done by contacting the right people to attend to the problem. I didn’t have to do a think as she set everything up for me. Brieanna has also been quick to respond to various emails I have sent her in the almost two years I have lived in my home. I expect I will always receive this type of professional service from Brieanna if I have any future problems. She is an outstanding asset to Sterling Mamagement.
