It is nice to work directly with a mechanic like Joe and cut out the middle person - instead of talking to a “service advisor” you get to work directly with the mechanic! I would highly recommend!

Super friendly and a very trustworthy mechanic, diagnosed the main issue with my vehicle and mentioned any other concerns he had. He explained everything clearly so that I understood when/why things should be done, how much it would cost, and consistently updated me throughout the process whenever there were any changes to scheduling or pricing. I was referred to Kallstrom by a friend and it was a great recommendation! I would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for a mechanic!

(February 23, 2022, 11:15 am)Choosing Kallstrom Automotive Services was a great decision! I was having issues with my vehicle stalling and it became unsafe to drive. Fortunately, Joe was able to look at my car in a timely manner!
He took the time to consider all possible causes while he was diagnosing the issue. He didn't just go straight to the easy, expensive fix. He kept me updated during the process and was very thorough with this communication. He was very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable knowing that he had my best interests in mind and wanted to get my car back on the road in the most cost-effective way possible without sacrificing quality.
I will highly recommend Kallstrom Automotive Services and Joe to my friends and family and anyone who needs automotive services!
