Fabulous customer service.
Love to see this 3rd generation business doing well.
Friendly / Family atmosphere. Everyone always looks out for one another. Some of the coolest people you can know.
Definitely will be coming here for many more years!
One stop shop for everything you need.
Ranging from tires, to batteries, & alternators.
Good tires for a more than reasonable cost. They can even fix leaking tires!
I bought 2 used tires for my car. They had me in and out in 15 mins!! Then they were all good with me running to the bank quick when I realized I didn't have enough cash. Thanks guys!!
You guys are amazing not only did you repair the tire that I needed repaired you informed me of another one that had damage and was about ready to blow and repair that one at a reasonable very reasonable price. You all are very kind very professional and I will definitely recommend you and use your services again if needed in the future. Thank you
This is THE BEST used tire place in the metro. Absolute best prices, hands down. I've probably met and worked with 4 or 5 employees here over the years (which I imagine is all of them) and been treated exceptionally well. A couple of the employees are not native English speakers, and despite the language barrier, I've felt understood and was clearly communicated with insofar as any manufacturer/quality/price/time/service questions/details go.
Very nice mom n' pop business, where everyone seems to care that you've been taken cars of honestly. Which cannot go without saying these days, as this is not always the case. Getting there late, I've been ushered in, after close, on more than one occasion.
Jack's can be somewhat difficult to find if you don't know what you're looking for. The best description I could give is that it's on a corner and there's a tallish picket fence. And judging from what juts beyond that: it appears to be a junkyard of sorts.... in someone's back yard. The business mainly consists of a personal residential garage they work out of and where they keep their tools; but they do not work inside of, generally. Customers are allowed in the garage, as the side door is unlocked and sometimes there aren't any workers outside or in immediate field of view and one must inquire within. They've graciously taken me out of my car and planted me inside the garage in front of a space heater on cold days. They've left me there alone, amongst their workbenches and expensive tools. They treated me like I was part of their famo. I've never waited more than 10 minutes for my new tires to be put on; weather it's 1 or all 4- including the time they sometimes need to search the yard for a match.
Lastly, of the roughly dozen times I've been there, I had one faulty tire blow up on me last year; within a day or two of them replacing it. I had no doubt in my mind that they would make it right and much to my appreciation, they promptly swapped out my donut for a new tire.
They have flat rates for their tires, ranging from $25-$40. Perhaps truck tires are more expensive than what I've always gotten, which is 13's or 14's. But they're always straight up about the price and there won't be anything added or unexpected when the job is done.
Personally, I don't see any reason to ever buy new tires again. For that matter, I won't go anywhere else again if I can help it.
