“I initially stopped at the AT&T store in Maple Grove but left disappointed and frustrated by the service person who didn't seem to interested in helping me. I decided to try a different store so I went to the Crystal location. I was blown away by the stark difference. The customer service here was excellent. Joe, the manager, helped me and happily answered all my questions. He even gave me his business card with some written instructions to use on my phone at home and told me to call him if I had any issues. Very happy with the service at this store.”
