(August 11, 2019, 10:49 pm)Really nice place to live, the management is very friendly and was always responsive and willing to help me out. I lived here for 2 years and had a great experience. The apartments look nice, the surrounding area has lots of trails, and there are good amenities (like the pool!). Definitely would recommend!

(February 14, 2018, 4:33 pm)If you're looking for an apartment in Eden Prairie, I highly recommend Lake Place Apartments. I just moved out after living there almost 2 years and can honestly say that although its not the newest/nicest apartment I've ever lived in, its by far the best! The management is wonderful! They know you by name and actually care about you. Maintenance is so quick to respond to maintenance requests. We didn't have many issues with the apartment, but when we did we never had to wait more than a few hours for them to come fix it. Also, the location is great! The complex is set right by a small lake that has a lovely walking trail around it as well as a park and tennis courts.
(January 30, 2018, 5:53 pm)Best apartments I have ever lived in. The management and the maintence are always helpful and timely. No random fees, great amenities, and large apartments! Perfect location too. You wont be disapointed living at Lake place!
(June 30, 2015, 6:26 pm)I have been living here for about two months, and I LOVE it! Great location; it's an awesome area for biking, walking, hanging out outside, and it's also close to everything! Management is wonderful, and they remembered my name even after just one visit. The only downfall of this place is the sometimes awful cell phone reception, but I'll take it in order to live in such a great place!
