(October 11, 2022, 4:30 pm)Always do my own oil changes due to not trusting a shop to do what they say. The two techs let me watch and and showed me the oil I asked for was used and the gasket on the old filter came off. In and out in 10 min. Highly recommend.

(August 4, 2022, 6:47 pm)I'd like to start off by saying that the shop manager Ernesto was an amazing dude that provided great service for me. I went in this morning because I was having issues with my battery and Ernesto said I have nothing to worry about and he'll take care of me, and he did! Every single thing done to my car was ran by me first, and I was involved with the entire process from start to finish. I was in and out of the shop in half an hour and that included topping off my fluids, testing my battery to make sure that that was the problem I was having because my car wouldn't turn over consistently, replacing my battery, and changing my oil. He even told me about preventative maintenance that I could do for things that he could see being a problem possibly in the future. Ernesto had to have came back into the waiting room to where I was at least five or six times to update me on the progress. I've been to the shop at good handful of times in the past 6 or 7 years, and overall I've had a great experience but Ernesto today really went above and beyond what he needed to do for me. There are still a handful of things I need done to my car that I didn't get done due to me being on a time crunch, but I will definitely be going back to have Ernesto and his team do it for me.
