Brad did an exceptional job as our realtor for our relocation to the Twin Cities. He took the time to make sure he understood what we were looking for in our new home. Brad is a professional. He is funny, kind, and incredibly detail oriented! We were first time buyers, and he made the every step of the process stress free, and even fun when appropriate!
He went above and beyond at every opportunity, and wasted no time at all. If there was a house we wanted to see, he made it happen. If there was a question we had(at any hour), he had an answer.

He went above and beyond to ensure that we got a great deal on a property that we both loved. Brad made what would normally be a very stressful and overwhelming process into an easy and engaging experience. As first time buyers, he did an excellent job leading us through the process of buying a home, and carefully explaining each step of the way. Demonstrating masterful knowledge in his field, Brad gave excellent consult and advice at every turn. He made it easy for us to understand the situations we faced and the options available to us so we could make informed and confident decisions. We never felt stuck, overwhelmed, or lost while working with him. We also never felt pressured or intentionally lead to make certain decisions. Brad remained professional and truly unbiased while giving us all of the information we needed to make our decisions. His communication was excellent and always got back to us in a timely manner. He kept us in the loop at all times and ensured that we always understood what was happening, even with the things happening "behind the scenes" that could have easily been glossed over- I felt very respected in that regard.
Brad shines as a true professional and expert in his field, but more than that he is an absolutely delightful person, and we genuinely enjoyed working with him. We felt like we were working with a person that cared about us and took pride in what they did. We cannot recommend his services enough.
Brad helped us sell our last home and purchase our current one. In working with Brad there were 3 things that stood out to me:
1. He was very timely and concise with his communication.
2. He was very knowledgeable about the current market conditions.
3. He was invested in making sure he acted and treated our transactions with the highest degree of integrity.
