I have never gotten vehicles serviced at dealers before, but it seems to be worth it.
Synthetic oil changes are much cheaper than a 3rd party mechanic, and the bigger services seem comparable or maybe a little more expensive. Comes with peace of mind that they know the car inside and out.
They seem to only suggest services the vehicle really needs. Quick repairs, good customer service, very nice waiting rooms.
