Oaks Vernon

We have lived at Oaks Vernon for almost 2 months and have had a wonderful experience. We've lived at several apartments and this one surpasses them all. Mario, the community manager, and all the staff is incredibly kind and responsive. All our questions, concerns, or needs have been addressed promptly. The community is quiet and is in a great location. Thanks Mario + team for the wonderful welcome to Minnesota!

My wife and I have lived at Oaks Vernon for a bit over 3 years now, and we absolutely love it here!

The buildings and units are extremely nice, and the amenities are fantastic! There's an outdoor pool, a workout room, a party room, conference room, and other amenities as well. The location is also amazing! It is located within walking distance of a grocery store, pharmacy, the public library, parks, and you can catch the city bus right up the road. However, as nice as the location, amenities, buildings, and units are, the thing that I really love about Oaks Vernon is the people.

The apartment manager Mario is diligent in making himself available to address any needs or concerns the residents bring to his attention. His office door is open most of the time for people to walk in and talk with him, and if for some reason he's not available, he responds extremely quickly to emails. I have not once ever felt that he was dismissive of any questions or concerns I had. If I had a question for him and he didn't know the answer, I always knew that he would find the answer and get back to me promptly.

Also on the Oaks Vernon team are Robert and Bridget. They are both lovely people who always greet you with a "hello" and a smile. They both work extremely hard to keep the property running as smoothly and as spotless as possible.

Mario, Robert, and Bridget make you feel more than just a resident, they make you feel that you're part of a community. They listen and pay attention to what's going on in people's lives. They remember when I tell them about something going on in my life, and will ask about it. They all genuinely care about the well-being of the people who live here.

My kids have all grown up and moved out now but raising them here was great! In fact one of them moved into his own unit on the property since he likes it here so much!

I by no means know everyone who lives at Oaks Vernon, but the people I have met here have been nothing but pleasant. I love living here, and I look forward to living here for many more years to come. If you choose to live here I think you'll love it too!

Mario, the property manager, is what makes living at Oaks Vernon so great. He is easy to reach if you have any questions, and goes the extra mile when helping out residents. The property is clean, quiet, and full of amenities and the staff is very responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend Oaks Vernon!

Living here at Oaks Vernon fits my lifestyle perfectly. My children and grandchildren live within five miles which is very important to me. I greatly appreciate the underground garage stall on these terribly hot days and also during the cold winters. Also, how convenient to live so close to every shopping experience! My time here has been graced by a friendly and caring team who is always there to take care of concerns. I'm very content and planning to remain here!

I lived at Vernon Oaks many years ago and am moving back in July! The property is amazing overall, and the Management staff is A++ to work with too. Mario, the property manager, is very responsive to any and all questions you may have. The location itself is perfect. Jerry's Grocery Store, Walgreen's, Jerry's Hardware, Edina Liquor and Hallmark Drycleaners are all within walking distance if you prefer to do so. Party Room, Private Meeting Room, Outdoor Pool, Weber Stainless Steel Gas Grills and Exercise Room all have been upgraded and are kept in order and spotless day in and day out. My unit is currently going under a remodel, and I am so excited to move in. Stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, cabinets, vanities, A/C units and carpet throughout. Availability to a heated underground garage and additional storage units are additional benefits to live at Oaks Vernon. Yancy Park is right across Vernon Avenue so if you have pets or children, you have plenty of room to go for walks in the morning or evenings with your pets and play with your kids or Grandchildren at the park. Availability to connect with Fiber Optic Internet through Arvig-MultiWav (1G up 1G down) is another bonus for the days I need to work from home. I can't say enough positive things about Oaks Vernon.
