Our manager Tracy is a godsend here at 2920 Dean Pkwy. She always responds and is so friendly and helpful: she feels like your neighbor more than a manager.
I love the new property manager seleen wells at my residence at richland court she is very much better then last people we had she take care all of our complaints serious and get right on your stuff and she always checking on us and see how she can help us with anything I thank her for being respectful
I moved into one of there properties a month ago. Brittany is fantastic to work with she explains everything and answers all your questions. I had one apartment here that I did not like after signing a lease for a year. I didn’t see this apartment until I was ready to move in ( always ask to the apartment your renting) that was the only bad thing. Brittany made good on our deal an found me a different one. Hampshire House has a great manager!!! He is on top of everything. He even started a community garden which has been so fun!! He is on top of anything that needs fixing, very easy to get a hold of and a super nice person!!! We have been very grateful for everything he does!
