I had a slight issue with excess moisture in a large bag of sugar I bought. I am sure it was something simple like being one of the last bags packaged. It was fine for cooking, but not for baking so I called the company.
The representative was friendly, and based on my complaint said she would call the producing plant, and they would get back to me.
Within an hour or so the producing plant called me back and respectfully attended to my complaint and then offered me coupons to replace the sugar.
I was impressed to see the envelope in my mailbox just 2 business days later with coupons for a free replacement in slightly more than my original amount. They really went the full mile.
