“I remember having the “Orkin Man” come to my house when I was little so when I needed someone to help me it was the first place I called. I am so glad that I did! The customer was understanding and very empathetic to my concerns and made an appointment for me the next day (I called after work on Tuesday and had someone at my home Wednesday). When Neil came to my home he was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable with service I was purchasing. He found the problem right away and went to work. He answered all of my questions making sure not to over promise anything which I very appreciated. I was happy to hear that he is also the person that will come every time I have service. I liked the idea that the same person comes every time so they know your home and you. I would recommend Orkin every time!”
